Sam from Clearshield was punctual, polite, and did an excellent job installing our security door. The door frame wasn’t exactly straight and level but Sam did his very best to fix the problem and fit the security door in. Now it looks just perfect! Thank you Sam!

Yep, you can get much cheaper DIY screen doors at Bunnings, but our door opening isn't quite square so that wasn't a great option for us.The quality of our new Clearshield door is great, it fits perfectly and the install by Scott his morning was quick and painless (and included changing the barrel in our other screen door so the keys match).

A really excellent experience with Clearshield. They responded very quickly to my quote request, turned up promptly for the official quote- and was less costly than expected! That almost never happens. Then expected 4-5 weeks for installation but was done in less than 2! Installation was also really great- arrived early on day and was a really friendly, fast and efficient process. I’m really happy.

One retractable screen is on an extremely large sliding door and it is very impressive how it is aesthetically concealed on the window frame without spoiling the view. Amazing customer service from beginning to end! Shaun was really helpful during the initial quoting process and gave a lot of valuable insight into the after-care of the products that we purchased. The installation with Thomas was also straightforward and I was grateful that he noticed that I'd accidentally overpayed for a security door that wasn't needed on our property. The Clearshield accounts team was also really efficient in contacting me and making sure that the refund was processed straight away!
